Job Details

Regency Integrated Health Services - - Responsibilities: Provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care in accordance with resident assessments and care plans; Assist residents with bathing, feeding, dressing, observing intake of food, hair care, nails, mobility and transfers; respond to calls; Measure and record vital signs as assigned by Charge Nurse; Detect and report situations that may cause resident accidents or injuries; Contribute knowledge of residents' conditions/needs to resident care plans
