Regency Integrated Health Services - - Responsibilities: Provide nursing care to residents per assessments and care plans at Lavaca Bay nursing center; Assist residents with bathing, feeding, dressing, and daily activities; Measure and record vital signs as assigned by Charge Nurse; Detect and report situations that may cause resident accidents or injuries; Contribute knowledge of residents' conditions/needs to resident care plans
