Morada Senior Living - - Responsibilities: Provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents while maintaining a safe, home-like environment; Assist residents with activities of daily living and life enrichment activities; Observe, report, and document changes in residents; respond to call bells promptly; Review service plans and assist/observe medications following the Six Rights of Medication Pass; Restock medication cart and maintain the Medication Room for neatness and availability of medications
