Duties:

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle preferences and budget
• Showcase vehicle features and conduct test drives
• Negotiate pricing and finalize sales transactions
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve monthly targets
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn and take direction, training will be provided
• Strong understanding of retail math principles
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
• Outstanding customer service skills to build lasting relationships with clients
