Understand and follow all safety and environmental policies. Oversee the completion of preservation on idle units as they return to the storage yards with documentation completed. Assist Supervisor with maintaining scheduling of re-preserving units that remain idle on a 180-day rotation. Ability to assist multiple technicians during the repair of packages and make ready for redeployment into active status. Perform major and minor scheduled maintenance procedures on idle units as necessary along with completing associated documentation. Reconfigure compressor cylinder arrangements as required to meet new contract needs along with completing associated documentation. Assist other Technicians with repairs of Fixed Assets Inventory along with proper storage of the inventory and completing associated documentation. General housekeeping by helping to keep shops, warehouse facilities, and yards free from trash and debris.
