The Academic Support & Student Success Department is recruiting for one part time student worker to work in The Total Learning Center. This position works to logistically support the staff in the Total Learning Center in the delivery of academic support services. This position assists in responding to student inquiries while fostering an environment of exceptional customer service. Duties & Responsibilities Assist with performing office duties such as answering phones, greeting students, monitoring email, and entering data as needed. Assist students with signing in to the learning lab and answer general questions related to the Total Learning Center. Assist with the scheduling of appointments. Maintain a clean, stocked snack area. Assist with preparation for events. Maintain office bulletin boards, handouts, and promotional materials. Follow all FERPA guidelines.
