The Project Manager Make Ready is responsible for USAC fleet unit make ready work. This role is ultimately responsible for managing scope, schedule, and budget of make ready projects. This work includes conducting unit research as to the condition of the equipment, make ready scope descriptions and levels, details to the make ready shop, cost analysis of the make ready including any engineering reconfiguration work. This position provides support to the Operations team to enable them to better serve our customers. With minimal supervision, this position will maintain customer relationships both internally and externally.
