Full Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Framer - Walls for a modular home manufacturer in Cuero, TX. This position works in a structured indoor production environment building residential homes year-round - no weather delays or rain-outs.

This role focuses on wall framing and structural assembly in a fast-paced production setting.

Essential Functions

• Frame and assemble interior and exterior walls
• Read and interpret blueprints accurately
• Measure, cut, and install framing materials
• Ensure structural integrity and proper alignment
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain quality and safety standards

Skills & Competencies

• Proven framing experience
• Ability to read and use a measuring tape accurately
• Blueprint reading skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a production environment

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
• Experience in residential framing
• Ability to perform physical labor throughout the shift

Preferred:
• Modular or production construction experience
• Experience in wall system assembly

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
