Community Health Systems - - Responsibilities: Greets and assists patients during check-in and check-out, ensuring accuracy in patient information and documentation.; Schedules patient appointments, obtains pre-certifications, and coordinates with providers for testing, procedures, and surgeries.; Collects time-of-service (TOS) payments, issues invoices, and processes financial transactions in compliance with clinic policies.; Maintains and updates patient records, ensures quality control, and addresses gaps in care.; Answers phone calls, responds to inquiries regarding clinic policies and services, and routes messages appropriately.
