Community Health Systems - - Responsibilities: Greets and assists patients during check-in and check-out, ensuring accuracy in patient information and documentation; Schedules patient appointments, obtains pre-certifications, and coordinates with providers for testing, procedures, and surgeries; Collects time-of-service (TOS) payments, issues invoices, and processes financial transactions in compliance with clinic policies; Maintains and updates patient records, ensures quality control, and addresses gaps in care; Assists in triage and coordinating patient referrals
