Caterpillar - - Responsibilities: Perform routine production tasks in assembly, fabrication, paint, or other areas while upholding Caterpillar's core values.; Follow documented procedures to safely and accurately assemble components using basic tools and equipment.; Operate machinery, blasting and painting applications, and perform basic tack and straight-line welds.; Support continuous improvement by applying lean manufacturing principles and adhering to safety, quality, and standard work protocols.; This role will support the MRC area inspecting and providing minor re-work support.
