Customer Service Associate - Lot Support

As a vital member of our team, you will assist customers with loading their vehicles and ensure a welcoming entrance to our store. Your role will be focused on providing outstanding customer service and maintaining a sufficient number of carts for our guests. You will have the opportunity to interact with both customers and Home Depot associates, enhancing their shopping experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in loading their purchases into their vehicles.
• Monitor and maintain the store entrance area to ensure a clean and inviting environment.
• Manage the availability of shopping carts for customer convenience.
• Provide excellent customer service and support, being one of the first and last points of contact for customers.
