The Frost Desk Attendant provides front-line customer service to all members and guests, and is responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, providing directions, answering phones, and conducting point of sale operations in efforts to meet all front level membership and customer needs. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Job Specific:Greet every member and customer that approaches the desk. (EF)Work quickly and efficiently to meet the needs of the members at the desk. (EF)Maintain awareness of the lobby area at all times intervene as necessary with members or guests who dont check in at the desk. (EF) Control facility access, requiring member and guest identification and check in procedures. (EF)Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate location and take messages appropriately.
