Lead and manage audit engagements, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
Oversee audit programs, staff scheduling, and workflow to maximize efficiency
Serve as a key point of contact for client relationships, providing strategic financial insights
Review financial statements and disclosures, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Train and develop junior staff, fostering a high-performing team environment
Collaborate with leadership on business development efforts and process improvements

What you need to succeed:
3-5 years of experience in a similar audit leadership role
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
Strong client relationship management skills
Experience with government and employee benefit plan (EBP) audits
Public accounting firm experience is a plus
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
